We work together with our business partner Maquinados y Servicios Jaylu, S.A. de C.V., this mechanical workshop has extensive experience in machining and welding applied to the manufacture and assembly of mechanical parts, likewise, has extensive experience in handling all kinds of metals and engineering plastics, as Nylamid, Teflon, etc.

Winders and unwinders

We design and manufacture equipment for winding or unwinding webs controlling the tension by load cell or dancer to get a proper handling of the material, thus increasing the quality of their products, reducing the amount of waste material and improving its presentation.

Electrical test and assembly fixtures for production lines

We design and manufacture fixtures with poka yokes to ensure the correct assembly eliminating errors and defects, as well as, improve assembly cycle times.

The fixtures for electrical tests allow testing printed circuit boards with quick contact connections, the tests can be functional or current continuity.
